DBA Services

The MortgageFlex staff of Database Administrators offers database support with remote diagnostics, performance management, back-up and recovery services. Database administration includes daily administration, security design, implementation and performance tuning.

Remote Web Hosting is a significant service offering that manages your web presence and back-end interface. Users have secured access to the LOS system via an Internet browser.

MortgageFlex Systems maintains a progressive data center, which offers complete back-up and disaster recovery to client specifications in a secured environment with UPS and backup generator, reinforced walls, raised floors, 24x7 full center video surveillance, advanced fire protection, secured hardware, bio metric hand scanners at entry points. Fault Management

Full System monitoring with several alert points including performance status, database error and failures (database down, node down, listener down, blocked sessions, etc.) 

Space Management

Monitor your system’s critical database and application parameters, such as disk space, swap/paging space, database objects reaching inefficient extents and/or chaining. 

Performance Management

Monitor your system’s performance variables, such as disk I/O, CPU utilization, paging rates, buffer utilization, data dictionary and library cache miss ratios, rollback segments, index utilization (rebuilds if necessary), and other database and application performance issues. 

Resource Management

Monitor system utilization against Oracle initialization parameters Operating System errors and adjust as necessary.  Such items include user limits, process limits, lock limits, etc.
